Sustainability & LEED Consulting

We at SCE, provide sustainability services for LEED and Estidama. We ensure the MEP design is in complete coordination with the proposed sustainability credits.

Building Energy modelling

Energy modeling processes involve collecting building design data, construction documents, product specifications, ASHRAE, owner’s goals, utility bills and communications with design teams. Our modelers create a virtual copy of the building within DOE approved simulation software. After data is input, reports are run calculating the energy use throughout an operational year with multiple design scenarios. The output report determines the proposed building performance compared to ASHRAE, Green Building and/or project goals. We suggest Clients for an early engagement in the design process to reap the best out of sustainability services.

Construction site supervision

We at SCE undertake works related to supervision and contract administration of MEP Services. We provide dedicated and also part-time site engineers as per Client’s requirement, to offer full support and ensure the design intent, Quality Control, Supervision and Project Management till successful completion of the project.
